Not loading?
- Make sure you are connected to you Microsoft account
- If you are on a corporate / school account, make sure with IT that add-ins are enabled. If not, please contact us.
- Close and open the add-in
- Log out and log back in to the add in
- Restart Word
If all of these failed, contact our support.
