Troubleshooting

  1. Not loading?

    1. Make sure you are connected to you Microsoft account
    2. If you are on a corporate / school account, make sure with IT that add-ins are enabled. If not, please contact us.
    3. Close and open the add-in
    4. Log out and log back in to the add in
    5. Restart Word

    If all of these failed, contact our support.

  2. Chat not responding or providing bad answers? Try switching to another model.
